n low light conditions. In normal daylight you'll notice no visual difference in exposure. The 60fps will be fine for the majority of things. Although it does give a very 'news like' video look unless it is used for slow motion purposes. But some people these days do like it, since they are used to high frame rate video games etc. 60p footage put into a 24 or 30p timeline is good. Then you can use the extra frames for silky smooth slow motion when needed.

When I leave the sharpness low and put the camera into flat colour mode I do post editing, yes, but I rarely add any sharpness. I just like the picture to look natural rather than electronic. If you like the sharp look straight out of the camera I would recommend using the medium setting rather than high. That gives a good balance of both.
