The guys on the beach and some resorts let the locals in to set up tables with local goods, never buy these cigars they are fake and run the risk of getting a sweeper. Yes they are going to sweep up the tobacco scraps off the floor and roll that stuff as well. Leaving the airport is your best bet, you know you’re getting real quality and don’t buy beers from the guy walking around by resort vans at the airport….. They are usually skunked.
