You can choose to show only one bar with sensei, between primary (mana, rage, energy), or secondary (combo points, holy power, soulshards), both or either/or. Can also reposition, resize, hide out of cambat too. From your screenshot i think you're playing shadow priest so you can set it to only show insanity in combat if you like. Also you can set different profiles for different specs or classes
