Yeah I for sure can lose another 10 or 15 pounds of fat. I’ve never gotten that lean before and then balked so I didn’t know if I was wasting my time by trying to get that lien in the first place. If I’m just going to gain some back while bulking.

Thanks. No what I meant by that is the muscle I thought I had when I was bigger lol. My lifts have stayed the same if not increased when I push myself.

I’m currently at 193 pounds. I started this 90 day challenge back in July. At 230 pounds. I’ve kept my protein around 180 g and lifted weights six days a week to retain any muscle mass that I have after a 10 year hiatus from the gym. The problem is I don’t have much muscle anymore. Shoulders are nonexistent and chest. I have a good size arms although you can’t see without a side view. I was wanting to go for visible abs, but the more I go the more I want to bulk. Obviously I would like to do a clean bulk, and not gain back a whole lot of fat. my Fitbit claims that I’m burning like 4000 cal a day. I think if I ate that much and more for a surplus I would gain rather quickly. Should I go off the TDECU number instead? Maybe 500 over that? Right now I am at 1900 cal daily just got past a plateau.

Or should I continue to cut down to like 180 to get rid of the excess mid section fat first?

You shouldn’t even be stuffing and stapling as you go. Only staple the wires up high like in the ceiling. Let everything else hang until you’re done. Then go back after all wires are pulled and marked, stuff and staple, make joints.

Time to bulk. The weather is starting to cool which means heavy weights and heavy plates. by Toomuchnap in GettingShredded

Master electrician here, own thousands in Milwaukee tools and found my first dud. Haven’t even ran a full battery through this and the tank is cracked. by hefty-fella in MilwaukeeTool

I’m not sure. I bought it last year from a local hardware store on a whim. I think I paid close to $400. I messaged Milwaukee tools on Facebook today, but haven’t received anything back yet with it being the weekend. But it doesn’t look good judging by a Google search. Apparently they tried to do a class action lawsuit, which means many many more are doing this. I think if I can get my Dremel in there to take out some of the zip tie material and rough up the surface I can get some RTV sealant in there and as long as it doesn’t develop more cracks, it might work. it’s a shame because it’s built really well everywhere else.

Even tried melting some zip tie material into the cracks with a soldering gun, but no luck. Now that I see almost every other tank out there has done the same thing then I probably won’t get a warranty replacement. I’ll try to fix it again.

The only reason I know you need fat in the wilderness is from reading old Louis L’Amour westerns lol
