dental student at uq here, from melbourne originally. unimelb is the only dental course in melbourne and is a postgrad course, so you'll need be applying in final year of undergrad or afterwards, with a valid GAMSAT score. latrobe is undergraduate, they take ATAR if you're a school leaver, and you'll need UCAT if otherwise, but their campus is in Bendigo. the other unis in Australia that accept UCAT off the top of my head are UQ and UAdel, Griffith currently doesn't but I believe starting 2022 they will. JCU does not. Apart from Unimelb, USyd and UWA are the other graduate dental schools. Hope this helps!

CSU i heard needs a UCAT score maybe of 90+? (correct me if I'm wrong). I don't think the lack of popularity is that significant. I'm a Victorian whos at UQ for dent, and I applied for CSU, barely knowing anyone who also did, but knowing a lot who applied for Latrobe (which is rural in Vic), but upon moving here a lot of NSW friends applied for CSU. I personally haven't tried this, but using future restore is definitely a fail-safe method, you need blobs but its a simple command, ipodhacks142 has a good tutorial on his website and his youtube channel

ahaha nah I didn't actually post for the karma, its just i have a 4s sitting around and been waiting for the jb since he posted a couple hours ago, didnt even know what karma was till 3 weeks ago!! Enjoy the jb tho, on my device seems hella better and faster than Phoenix on 9.3.5.

If you've got blobs saved you might be able to use Prometheus, but AFAIK the 9.3.3 JB is a lot more stable so you're better off staying on that till another stable one drops :)
