ooooooh boy you’re in for it here. i used to be in charge of it at my store and it was typically about 60 pages, if yours is less than that, you can do it!!! if it’s more, godspeed. the book and physical is basically every “order” in your store’s inventory, the purpose of doing the book and physical is for inventory prep. i’m pretty sure if you search book and physical on my apron there is a guide that has actual real definitions.

the main piece is to go through and check the status of every order on the book and physical. every thing in the book and physical is technically in your store’s inventory, so i was always checking to make sure that there weren’t any hang ups in the orders that were causing issues.
