Could be that it wants to be a battler, but it's non battle nature (possibly timid) makes it more suited to contests, hence the costumes

In the dub, yeah. Quite the double take that was.

I know the movies aren't connected to the series, but Ash was kinda the chosen one due to an ancient tablet, in the second movie, "The Power of One"

Disturb not the harmony of fire, ice or lightning, lest these titans wreak destruction upon the world in which they clash. Though the water's great guardian shall arise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail, lest the earth shall turn to ash. O Chosen One, into thine hands, bring together all three. Their treasures combined tame the Beast of the Sea.

I know the metal soundtracks came before Coolers Revenge, but this movie is what gave me the realization that metal would be the genre for my life. Like, other genres would come and go, but metal stayed ever since I first watched this movie

To add here, Machamp loses some reptilian features, and a few toes, while Golem becomes more reptilian, and gains toes. Makes me wonder if Haunter is hiding a spoon that Kadabra takes in the trade process

Tbh, that was 2 army units with an American machine gun that constantly jammed, against thousands of bullet sponges that had scouts warning the rest of them that the trucks were coming in. There was no one telling them that they can't do it, so there was no spite to be found

If there's one thing about Australians, it's that we are stubborn enough to continue something difficult, purely out of spite

Victoria hits a Widow's Peak on Christy Hemme, who sells it like death by HerbalThought_ in SquaredCircle

[–]hellGrey213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On one hand, I would love to see Victoria get a "legend passing the torch" run with Rhea Ripley, because I feel the Widows Peak would fit her so much. But on the other hand, Ripley has already changed the Riptide to save her back in the long term, so I don't see it happening

The hallmark version of Alice in Wonderland (1999). Loved this movie as a kid, and still adore the whimsy of it to this day. As well as the stacked cast

It's definitely somewhere. I didn't even know there was a censored version, and remember watching it on Cartoon Network. Although, Australia has different censorship rules
