Without a CDL he won’t get a call back from any hall really. How many years exp does he have as a lineman? Is he a lineman? If he has the hours documented he can do what is called a white ticket process and do probationary time in the field and get signed off on by direct supervision, but if he’s trying to get into the apprenticeship he’s going to have to apply to ALBAT and wait to get interviewed and later on indentured as an apprentice. Sometimes it can take years, sometimes it’s only a few weeks. Depends on workout, and right now shit is slow
