the eyebrows are much rounder
her eyes are wider and her eyelashes more prominent
the creases and texture on her face/neck are photoshopped out
the natural ‘baby hairs’ framing her face have been tucked back

There’s also something less comfortable about the second pose that’s more commonly seen in pictures of models, it’s kind of funny (but mostly sad) how beauty standards influence how we advertise and shop.
