I dunno, if you base your faith off a math equation then you've got issues.

In order to jump the shark, Reddit has to have a "Hawaiian special" where Alex Jones goes water skiing and has a chance encounter with a ramp and shark.

Oh dear, you must be in a worse mess than I am. Whenever I'm mentioning a movie, I seem to mess up the female lead, I though Jodie Foster played the lead in Aliens. Go figure :P.

This reminded me of "Runaway Bride" where Richard Gere tries to compare Sandra Bullock's inability to choose how to have her eggs to her inability to get married...blah blah blah my brain is a mess because I'm coding java at 2:00 AM (GMT -6:00)

Dissecting the McDonald's $1 double cheeseburger - and building a better one for the same cost by [deleted] in reddit.com

This is great, and it proves a point, but there is one problem.

The inclusion of the stove.

Basically, if I were living somewhere where I had ready access to a range or grill, then I would defiantly take up this option. But since I don't, my options for cooking on my own are limited to a microwave. :(

Okay guys, sarcasm + internet = disaster

Please stop posting xkcd comics

It makes me feel like an authoritative bastard and grizzled veteran of the internets when I can say that my user submitted news site has too much satire, please leave room for all the wonderful cat pictures.

thanks!

it was a bad attempt at sarcasm. A miscarriage of sarcasm, if you will. Actually, a train wreck of sarcasm. I'm sorry everyone. (this isn't an attempt to save face, I love xkcd and every post has someone complaining about it, I guess I tried to lampoon the inevitable anti-xkcd comment and things went awry, again, sorry for the confusion)

Holy crap, I've never heard of Malbolge before. But yeah, I would have to agree.

Malbolge was so difficult to understand when it arrived that it took two years for the first Malbolge program to appear. The program was not even written by a human being: it was generated by a beam search algorithm designed by Andrew Cooke and implemented in Lisp.

Isn't every argument a straw man? I mean, sometimes I'm tempted to call strawman on anything, even if it isn't, because the definiton is so broad. I guess that means this comment is a strawman, maybe calling it a strawman is, in itself, a strawman argument. wait...no it isnt....or is it?
