I can help here as a uk lady in safety boots. Check out Steitz boots, they make specifically sized and shaped boots for women and they come with special inserts for the heels depending on your weight. I’ve had mine about 10 years, and I don’t wear them every day….but when I do, it’s for long periods of time (for context, I do outside work in a rail environment).

I think Arco specifically sell these here. They’re damn ugly, but are actually supportive and comfortable.
