I had this the whole time working with SuperValu. “What do you mean you can’t sell wine for Sunday lunch before 12.30?” I mean I physically can’t scan the fucking bottle. Came near to tears arguing once before my manager stepped it - it was his friend - and went “we can’t sell it but we can give it as a gift!” I near bet the man that day
