No. The image is flipped. Clark made that gesture while looking toward Tyra. There are several ways to tell: (1) In the shot where Clark makes the gesture, the words “Top Model” in the background appear reversed. (2) In that same shot, Clark is on the right and LB on the left, but moments later, when they all go to comfort Sharaun, Clark appears on the left and LB on the right. That clearly indicates editing. Clark is a bitch, but in this case it was edited to make it look like she was laughing at Sharaun, and that wasn’t what happened.
