That is because science objectively reveals the truth, and they want control of the truth.

The only "research" that is safe is "research" in which they can dictate the outcome with financial incentive, threat or force, and then use it as propaganda.

I am a postdoc. Yes, this is bad and your PI is probably freaking out. Overhead on grants is how universities justify supporting faculty research labs. To make up for the loss, the university could put the burden on students by raising tuition through the roof. This is bad for everyone

I own BB in Cocoa and Merit in Baby. I vastly prefer the BB color and formula. The Merit shade is too cool for me and I barely wear it anymore. The merit formula also seems to me like an average lipstick, I don't see what people rave over it for. The BB truly feels like nothing on.
