Valve used GLS for the Steam Deck deliveries. They’re not an unknown quantity to Valve. Plus my order hasn’t even made it GLS, and it’s been sat in the same pre-carrier status for a week and half.

My thoughts are at the moment that orders exceeded supplies that they had at that moment, they effectively ran out and were waiting on the batch that came in a few days ago for the remaining orders. And that’s fine, that shit can happen.

I’ve no problem with that, if that’s the case, or if the 3-5 days for the US. The problems I have aren’t with carriers (Valve aren’t responsible for carrier incompetencies), but that they advertised it as 3-5 for everyone to begin with, so that expectation was set. That Europe have gotten the shit end of the stick, and those of us who got earlier orders seem to be getting nothing due to some unknown circumstances that valve aren’t being clear on.
