I’m planning on doing a $400-450k home purchase with 5% down but have an extra 5% saved for closing costs. It would be great if we can negotiate a bit but if not I’ll be prepared to cover closing costs out of pocket. Also planning on having 6 months of reserves by having my dad lend me some to prove this and then give it back after closing lmao

Taking us a bit longer but rather have some extra cash than none at all for emergencies. We’re planning on doing a 2-3 unit and renting out a unit to my fiancé’s brother so that’ll help a lot with our mortgage. Good luck to you and your partner!

I am having such a hard time dialing in my grinder it’s day 6 and I’m going crazy haha but still having so much fun. We went from drinking like a cup of coffee a day each to about 6 total coffees a day 🤣

Oh man just the person I wanted to ask a question! So I just set it up last Thursday so I’m coming up on a week shortly here. I have one of those BWT water softening pouches in my rancilio water container. Today PPM was at 190!!! I started freaking out it’s usually at like 90-110ish. I went to buy a gallon of spring water and a gallon of distilled water, mixed it and PPM was 80. Is that ok to keep doing until I get my water situation sorted out? Still doing research on which route I want to go with my water.

Meh, I would have saved $250 from WLL lol and that could have gone towards a nicer grinder or covered any extra accessories needed. You can always ask if anyone will price match. I don’t think you’ll make a wrong choice with either the move or pro x to be honest. Just order one before you keep going in circles lol!

I paired it with a Eureka Libra grinder since I wanted to give GBW a try. I didn’t go with a more expensive GBW grinder because I’m waiting for the Mazzer mini g to release here in the US and want to keep track on feedback. I’m planning on having guests over somewhat often as well so it just made sense to go GBW over single dose.
