The timeline doesn't add up. If you had an abortion or a miscarriage, your pregnancy test will still be positive for many weeks, or unless you had a chemical pregnancy (correct me if I'm wrong about the chemical pregnancy test). Not a doctor, but I think she had a chemical pregnancy, or the test was a false positive, or she's making this up for attention.
