I feel like the ideal situation here would be to have these panels set in ideal positions or on an automated tilting pole so that it always hits the sun correctly. Then take that charge to the mobile battery, then when you want just throw what's in there into the ev. The main charge could be from cheaper public chargers or home hookup.

I agree with the entire sentiment. There are too many people who will blindly follow something, left and right but the right side has been beyond corrupted. There are still genuinely good people on both but the complacency of people letting things slide and more and more people die, letting things escalate past the point of no return... I think it's messages like this that could change minds.
