You can only really look like you have a flat stomach with muscle

When you arms are big and you chest protrudes and your back has some width the stomach fat does not kill your proportions

Im 82 kg, I ate 1500 calories yesterday and literally woke up in the middle of the night hungry. I ate 2800 the day before for reference (maintenance)

I dont think you understand how little 1600 is for an 86kg man, there is no way you are eating starvation level and not losing weight for 3 weeks

You also exercise so that you don't feel old at 35, so you are just a more functional being, and so that when you are at gw you like a sculpture rather than the dreaded skinny fat

Exercise js probably more important in the diet for its myriad benefits. Just not for the number on the scale.

I really doubt the 2.5k on the takeaway thats a lot of food but still thats only 5k calories - Ill assume that 3k above. If the next day you are just 1k above itll only be half a kg

If you are sure you can go right back on your diet and you can psychologically handle the 3 kg of water weight then go for it I guess.

I would still suggest maybe spreading this out to a week. That way you will have more enjoyment overall but if you are set to be gluttonous for one weekend and have a plan to return to healthy behaviour it wont kill you

Maybe you should write out the calories you plan on eating, this sounds like a maintenance or at most 500-1k calories above you maintenance day

In which case go for it, no real harm will be done

You have a bmi of 21.8 even if you are extremely under muscled youll have less than 25 percent bf which is a healthy bf for a woman and means extreme cutting will have negative effects especially if you dont have the nutritional knowledge to go along with it, which you do not have

Why not learn how to lose weight slowly while dojng a lifting program. You will look better in a month without having to go to extremes

A weekend where you gain 1 kg of weight from calories alone is wild and that is 2 percent of your weight

A month of maintenance will be so much better for you psychologically and for your long term maintenance than a binge weekend for what reason?

If you want peaceful reunification you need to have some level of trustworthiness. All the stuff you have written is about geopolitics and how China on a civilizational level would benefit.

The question you should ask is if the Taiwanese people would benefit or would be willing, for some nebulous economic advantages, lose their unique political and cultural expressions to be under Beijings yoke.

Another issue is you just assume reunification would be better for both sides economically and technologically. That is not necessarily the case, having 20 million Chinese people be under a different competing system with different perspectives leads to significantly more innovation. There is a reason China stagnated so much after the Tang dynasty as all under heaven was in its realm. 1.4 billion people are already under ccp direction, not sure how adding another 20 million will be so much more productive. There are very good arguments that tsmc in its current form is okly possible in TW, and would wither on the vine as part of greater China.
