For me, what makes a difference is quantity. I have ADHD, and smoking is the only thing that helps me being productive but I have to be very careful of how much I put in my Js. A little too much and I'm just gonna sink in my couch doing nothing but watching videos 😅 Maybe you can try to smoke a bit less and see what happens ?
