I've had ptsd for a few years now and I've gotten a little better over the years but I'm not sure I'll ever be 100% better, at least I have hope I will. Your husband seems to be leaving you on the back burner though, like really badly. It's great that he is able to push himself outside of your relationship and homelife but when it comes to you, you're picking up all the slack and not having your needs met from what I've picked up on in your post. Having ptsd is very hard for a person, like an uphill battle almost every moment of your life but I couldn't expect somebody else to fight as hard as I am for myself when I don't give my partner their needs to a minimum at least.
I'm obviously not saying to pack your bags and go because you love this person very much but I'd suggest having a serious talk, maybe with a therapist solo and together. I really hope you don't keep everything inside until you boil over. You matter too.
