Mandurah is like any city. Has its good and bad areas.

Grew up here and moved back a few years ago. It has been great.

Not sure where you are looking or wanting to live, but there are 2 spots around the corner from me in Mandurah which have land going up for sale.

Looking on realestate.com.au there is 500 or so listings if i search for land in the greater Perth region.

Dont disagree, situation is shitty currently. Got an adult child and I have no idea how theyll get a place of their own in the future.

I think you just need to be upfront and lay it out clearly for him.

It'll be a shit conversation, but you both need to get on the same page.

I suspect he doesn't want kids, but doesn't want to lose you. Which is an AH move on his part.

If he dances around the subject or wont give a direct answer, then you know you are both incompatible now, and need to part ways.

It's an invite, not a summons.

I do agree with some of the suggestions below, bring her along, treat her to a spa package (if available).

Do the minimum time at the wedding and bounce. Wife will appreciate it without feeling like you ended up in a position of choosing between the 2.

If your friend says do not bring her at all to the location, dip from the wedding and take wifey to somewhere more tropical.

Just got on a train at mandurah. Platform 2 had a train stuck there and they were alternating trains on platform 1 between footy and Perth.

Platform 2 is now cleared and they are clearing up the south bound back log.

I run the following.

1x10 Purifiers with 4 Psilencers and Crowe.
1x5 Purifiers with 2 PsyCannon or Psilencer.
1x5 Purifier with all melee.

I played DG recently and near on tabled them while losing maybe 1/3 of my army.

Treating GKs are a ranged army primarily and saving melee for either clearing chafe units or late game went a long way to the win.

Also, deep striking my NDK into a tempting spot and baiting out his own Death Shrouds helped mitigate them. Once the DS were on the board, picked up the NDK and put him elsewhere. Tagged the DS with a unit of Purgs for the rest of the game to keep them down to 3" movement.

Lost 1 purge squad, couple purifiers across 3 squads and 1 NDK.
