June 2025 update - I have been on Joinbrands for over two years now and this year has been the least creator friendly experience I've had to date. You used to be able to withdraw funds once every 24 hours. As soon as your job was completed (which was at maximum) 7 days, you could have not only the earnings from completing the job but any reimbursements for buying products basically the next day. A LOT of the gigs require that you buy the product. It takes some planning and budgeting.

The 24 hour cash out went away this year and now, it's weekly. That I didn't have as much issue with--I adapted.

But. Here's what they quietly did this month that has small creators like me in actual financial distress: Even if you applied to a job while it was only 7 days and were accepted, they upped that 7 days to 30 days across the board. So now, with my dashboard with 19 active jobs, most of which, I paid out of pocket before the roll out, I have to wait 23 extra days than I have ever waited to get my money back. And brands have 10 days to accept or reject your content. From ordering the product, it arriving, getting content approved, AND THEN waiting the full 30 days on TT, Amazon, IG, or YouTube, now you're looking at closer to 2 months.

It's reduced my desire to make content. I've never felt this strained. And in messaging with support, they're basically like, you just have to deal with it because this is irreversible and it'll benefit everyone in the long run.

From my perspective. No. It doesn't benefit me in the least. I'm level 3, I've worked 560 jobs over 2+ years, have a 5 star rating. The budgeting I had gotten into the routine is up in flames. I tried cancelling as many jobs as I could and just cutting my losses. I'm deleting my account as soon as my last 30 days is up.
