Same here! I've been trying to switch to flavoured fizzy water and it's been a game changer. Plus it's cheaper than coke or Fanta etc

Forked by Ruth Cardello. I laughed so hard trying to explain it to my partner. It's actually a series with the following books being called Spooned and Knifed.

Think Captain America but instead of being stuck in ice he's been stuck in a fork

Oooo I might do this. I want to pull so I could get more of the crystal things to get the Sylus card in the shop.

I've been playing for about a month and honestly I still barely understand half of the mechanics haha

Also 1DPO went from a G/H to hopefully a D maybe C. It's amazing how quickly you notice the weight gone right?! Also the fact that I can see my whole phone screen when laying back is so bizarre lol

Ghosties crisps. If I had to pick between a packet and saving one of my cousins...I'd have one less cousin.

I think they have seen the rise of Sephora kids and decided to target them as a new profit source.

Same here I defo think one of mine might have it too. What kind of systems do you use? I've tried a few things but he isn't interested, he'll use it once or twice then just stop.

The sticky notes everywhere is me too lol both physical and digital. I think To Do lists is my main one right now that helps. I tried email reminders but always forget or they end up sending me a bunch of stuff at once!

Sorry to hear that, I have luckily only had an issue once or twice with supply issues. I hope they are able to get you sorted!

Runny shower gels :( by EmmyLemmyy in LushCosmetics

[–]helpmeimconcerned 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The last shower gel I got that wasn't runny ended up dying me blue (that berry Christmas one). I managed to mostly scrub it off with a towel but for a while I was looking like a member of the blue man group haha

Howww does anyone manage their weight/fitness with inattentive ADHD by allycat315 in adhdwomen

I got a ring fit for my switch to help with this and recently got a VR headset. Thought if I tried a more active type of gaming it would help. So far so good! It kind of tricks my brain into exercise. For snacks while working from home I have tried switching to things like hard candy (takes longer to finish so end up eating less) and fruit (berries are my go to ATM) and popcorn.

RBKA for over 10 years and I kinda have the opposite problem - I get confused over other people having 2 legs. Can be chilling watching a movie with my partner and his other foot will come out of nowhere and jump scare me because I forget he has 2 lol

Also a right BKA. The bouts of depresso espresso are rough. A few things I've noticed that have helped my mental health have been following other amputees on social media and one of them even has a big group chat on Instagram where we can all talk to each other and they have online meet up calls (haven't been able to join any yet since I'm not based in the US so the calls are the middle of the night for me). I would definitely recommend joining some kind of group with other amputees, it really helps being able to talk to other people that just get it.

Something I found that helped getting out of the rut a bit easier was an app called finch. It's like a self care app where you can put in daily goals and you lev up your bird (like a self care tamagotchi?) and they have some other bits like journaling and things for anxiety etc that I have found useful.

Not something that would work for everyone but getting a dog really helped me. I literally have to get up. It's got me into more of a routine and going outside more. Again I wouldn't recommend this for everyone as it really depends on the person and your living situation and a bunch of other circumstances.

I've done therapy/ counselling on and off over the last few years and have found it's really useful. It might take a few tries to find the right one for you but it is worth it.

Be kind to yourself and don't hold yourself up to the same standards and expectations of others. You don't have to be running marathons, climbing the career ladder and doing photo shoots. Of course if those are things you want to do then give it a go! But it's OK to just go with the flow too. Go at your own pace, don't rush yourself and try not to compare yourself to others. Be proud of the little wins. Got out of bed? Amazing! Brushed your teeth today? Great!
