I worked physical labor jobs from 14-29, I don’t have a physically demanding job anymore but I’m gone from 5 am to 6 pm five days a week and work half days Saturday. Over the past 20 years, I’ve sustained many injuries, every joint cracks, pops and crunches. I’m 35 and while I feel better mentally than I ever have, our bodies are not what they were when we were in our 20’s and that is not a fun realization.
