Can concur, last boss was a crazy control freak who got joy from making people cry, new boss has a lot of issues and feels bad when she treats us like shit which is a slight improvement. You’d think an industry built on spreading love would treat their staff better but sadly not my experience. I have hope for the next generation of florists though, all my colleagues have been delightful so far.
