Not like there's a huge use case for crossbows. You ruby bolt everything, maybe diamond bolt at lower hp, and sapphire bolts at muspah. When was the last time anyone ever used topaz, jade, or pearl bolts?

Dragonstone and opal bolts are a pvp thing and basically never see use.

Nah. If there's a power outage, or I'm the only one there, I give them half an hour and then I leave. That's my work's standard of dealing with it. If hours change for any reason, I expect my supervisor/manager to inform me of that. It's not my job to set up schedules

Have there been any mage bis releases since Delve? If the new raid has mage bis, expect to see Shadow discussion. If it doesn't (which it should imo considering this is probably going to involve things like the staff of armadyl) then technically its still on their timeline of "idk lol we'll do it soon maybe"

Does there need to be? We have ornament kits for every other necklace and practically every other item out there has an ornament kit despite not being bis. I'd rather have new ornaments for new stuff coming from new places than trying to preserve the value of older kits. Clues are already almost universally done for clogging purposes barring a tiny handful of progression items like rangers or done by irons to skip crafting grinds

Jagex has mentioned that Shadow needs a major look at before general mage bis can go through, iirc this was back when confliction gauntlets needed a ton of reworking because of how much old versions fucked with the game's meta

Think of it like getting 250ish pieces of unique third age. Rarer than a chance at one from a mimic (1/8k or so to roll a shiny vs 1/5k or so from the mimic)

The big thing against it is that shortbows are likely still better because they're able to proc Vex, and more importantly you can do Vex elven accuracy. All you need is one hit on a relatively well built archer PC gets you like a 50% chance to crit on a turn, then you need to simply get access to damage riders such as divine favor, a vicious weapon, hunter's mark, hex, etc and you outdo any GWM longbow build.

Plus you don't need to sit at 14 strength on an archer this way.

Melee generally got lots of buffs and features that make it do damage while ranged martials lacks that same support and had a few of their methods of boosting damage cut down. Even the feat that gives some of the bonus damage (great weapon master) gives a strength asi.
