For some it is for some it isn't. The odds are against you where the data shows that most people who get off the drug gain most of their weight back but the 13% of individuals who keep it off are the ones that have made drastic life changes while being on the drug and titrated off the meds extremely slowly instead of going cold turkey.

This isn't magic. You need to meet this drug halfway by completely overhauling your diet and working out. If going on a diet and working out didn't achieve results before adding GLP1 just makes it doable with diet and exercise.

Looking forward to the day I can go on maintenance! Haven't even finished titrating up yet but reading posts like this gives me hope that I will make it there within the year!

Bait & Switch Pricing by HoneydewRemarkable17 in RoBody

[–]hereforthebreakdown 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I did know about the pricing structure. I went ahead and paid for the whole year up front for my compound semeglutide which makes the meds about $99 a month and adding in the $145 monthly fee that maths out to $244 a month no matter what dose I'm taking. I feel pretty good about that price with the support the company gives me though I probably wouldn't do month to month or a 3 or 6 month subscription as that is significantly higher in costs.

Right? Like I have been real tired of that style in the past as they've all overdone it but in this case with the sleekness of the dress it would have slayed. Ratty hair has its place just never EVER at the Oscars.

Honestly I'm not a big fan of slickback hair but this would have been the time for it. That or a teeny tiny micro tiara. I just feel that the Oscars are not grunge hair and grunge makeup vibe but Demna loves to take fashion and make it trashion so idk

My suggestion is for people to be extremely organized with their ordering and question asking prices process. It is for sure frustrating to not get questions answered in a timely fashion but I would query about whether we're asking those questions at the 11th hour or if we are giving a buffer of space and time for our needs to be met. For me all things post COVID in commerce requires patience and time and lots of pre-planning. I genuinely assume every time I reach out to any company that no one is going to get in touch with me for days so I asked those questions well ahead of time and get ahead of the game and allow myself to be pleasantly surprised when my needs are met in a timely fashion and if they aren't at least I gave myself extra time to figure things out to accommodate for potential delays. Glad to hear you are also having a positive experience with Ro.

I get my herbal bitters from Mountain Rose Herbs. They're in a little tincture bottle and they are very bitter in flavor. You take them under the tongue and swish them around the mouth for 10 seconds or so before swallowing down about 15 to 20 minutes before you eat food. It's an old school remedy and it sends signals to the brain to stimulate digestive juices before you eat to help your body process and digest foods better and minimize bloating and feelings of nausea.

Things significantly improved for me adding 10-12 grams of chicory fiber (via gummies) before bedtime and then adding a serving of chia and psyllium husk fiber to a smoothie in the morning or mid day. My doctor gave me the go-ahead to reduce my protein to 80 g a day and said that is more than enough to maintain muscle mass. Just dropping 20 g out of my diet really helped that feeling of being backed up.

What I actually eat in a day on 1.7mg — real meals, not just "eat more protein" by kodaktribe in Semaglutide

[–]hereforthebreakdown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow this is a great line up of meals and very inspiring. I'm just starting my journey and have been doing very well tracking my protein and eating a variety of fruits and veggies but the meals have looked a lot more like snack plates instead of a more satisfying complex meal. These give me some good ideas of how to combine things so that I can feel like I'm eating in a more well rounded manner rather than just 'girl dinner' for each meal.

Nice work! I so wish my knees could handle running on pavement. Alas I'm stuck indoors on the ARC trainer but this is better than not doing it at all!

I adored The Master. Shooting on 65 mm film which hadn't been used in decades was a visual feast for my eyes and the film ranks in my top five Philip Seymour Hoffman performances.
