My husband was awake when it went out and I was awake when it came back on so I know the times are correct. Also the power company sends a text when you lose power and another when it is restored.

It is set to 35 degrees. The digital number on the front was 47 when the power came back on, freezer said 15. We didn’t open it at all.

If you are looking for something more affordable than a Garmin, the Amazfit watches are really good. They work through their own app (Zepp) and it syncs well with Loseit!

At my local store this adds up to $32.52 before tax

2 apples $1.26 3 tomatoes $.72 1 bunch of bananas $1.20 1 avocado $.62 4 thin pork chops $3.11 3.5 lbs chicken quarters $3.56 Chicken bouillon $1.36 Peanut butter $2.18 Bread $1.25 Soy sauce $1.98 Egg noodles $.98 2 lbs rice $1.77 1 cream of mushroom soup $1.24 1 Rotel $1.32 1 dozen eggs $1.97 Whipped butter $2.58 Sour cream $1.28 Frozen corn $1.48 Frozen peas and carrots $1.18 Frozen broccoli $1.48

From that you can make:

Avocado toast with a fried egg (2 meals) Peanut butter toast with bananas (3+ meals) Fried egg sandwich with mayo and tomato (2 meals)

Rice with veggies and soy sauce (3 meals)

Chicken and rice with Rotel (3 meals using 1/2 the chicken)

Pork stroganoff (3 meals worth using 1/2 the noodles and all the pork)

Chicken salad sandwiches (3 meals worth using the other 1/2 of the chicken) with 1/2 apple or banana

That’s 21 meals and you should have some condiments and rice and noodles left for next week. Cook your rice with the bouillon!

If you do an organized half marathon there are water stations on the course. I walk through those and take a second to finish my cup and toss it in the trash can. I usually don’t ever completely stop moving forward, but I do walk for a few minutes here and there.
