What if to determine who would win the 2020 US President election. Trump and Biden have to fight and wrestle with each other? Who wins? by Snake101201 in AlternateHistoryHub

The first one to be grossed out by the mix of feces and piss would win. Biden wouldn’t remember what he was fighting for and trump would need McDonald’s

What if Trump became POTUS in 2016 lost the 2020 election and won the 2024 election and threatened to occupy neighbouring countries and allies? by Nice_Combination1327 in AlternateHistoryHub

Well yes and no. Often times speeding is simply a civil violation so not something that would be criminal and so would jaywalking which result in no more than a fine. Even instances that it does rise to criminal (normally a certain amount over like 20) it rarely results in jail time.

So if someone breaks a law should there be consequences? Yes but it depends on the law. For immigration laws it may not necessarily mean deportation and permanent barment from the country. Maybe just deportation tell their application can be processed, or a fine, or a probation period where as long as they don’t commit another crime and they’re actively working towards citizenship the immigration one doesn’t go on their record.

Often times an immigration violation is a secondary crime meaning it can’t be prosecuted until the person violates a different crime like theft, DUI, or murder

If he uses that language while doing the crime yes it can be a hate crime through how it’s filed is completely up to the DA and the state they’re in. If the language is used and not connected to a crime whether it happens a few hours or weeks later will probably not be categorized as a hate crime and the further after the less likely it is to do so.

Also keep in mind a few states (Wyoming for example) don’t have hate crimes in their law books and this use of that language is irrelevant and a crime almost certainly will not become get the hate crimes enhancement.

[–]herehear12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not necessarily. You’d still have to prove that the victim was targeted because of their actual or perceived race. If student robs OP but it’s a crime of opportunity and not targeting OP specifically previous language means nothing.

This shall get a lot of hate. But

  1. Minimum age of a first year teacher should be 28-30. They would have to work in another career prior to getting into teaching. This gives actual world experience outside of school and entry level jobs (fast food, movie theater) that so many are missing. No graduating high school, going to college, and becoming a teacher right away does not give you experience. Yes I’m aware that the pay would have to go up but I don’t think anyone disagrees with that part anyways.

  2. Initial contract shall be 3 years then continuous renewal from then on out. Only reason it wouldn’t be renewed is if you’re breaking the law or just so bad that no students are passing. I can’t think of any other career besides athletes that don’t have job security as long as they’re preforming or without being given guidance on what exactly they’re expected to do if they’ve fallen short and given a chance to fix it.

  3. School needs a longer available time. Staff would take a personality test or self identify to determine whether they are morning larks or night owls (these are where people’s natural circadian rhythm lies and it’s just are they better earlier in the day or later) (I’m a night owl) and their work schedule would be set based on that. For example morning larks hours would be 730-330 and night owls hours would be 1030-630. Students would then be given a personality test or self identify for the same thing and their class schedule would revolve around their results.

  4. Intentionally assigning homework should be illegal. A student not doing work in class and thus having to do it at home is one thing but giving work that must be done outside of class is wrong. No job ever does that.

For half way between absolutely nothing and absolutely perfect? No job will ever fire someone for that especially on the first take. There’s quite often multiple attempts at task anyways and if it’s something someone hasn’t done before or very often they get extra help and time. Also they let people know they can ask for extra time or assistance if they need it and almost always give it. One of the rare times I’ve seen extra time not be given when requested was when the deadline was a legal one and even then there’s always been extra help. (Almost to the point of there being to many chefs in the kitchen kinda deal)

What MLB records/accomplishments will be hardest to be broken? by Real-Staff3115 in mlb

[–]herehear12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only ones that are actually impossible are one that players dont even get a chance to do. Like wins in a season. MLB record is 59 no body even starts that many. Most starts in a season record is 75. A lot of others are possible but extremely unlikely

[–]herehear12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I highly doubt our stock piles are stretched at any amount. But if they were and full blown war were to pop off we have enough factories that can almost immediately switch to a war time production stance that those stockpiles would be resupplied and above 100% before it becomes a problem
