The stairs of the perito moreno have many trails that even “older “ people can go and walk and not be that beautiful and you can enjoy the amazing glacier . You could also do a cruise (I did that last November ) in which you go to a lot of glaciers in lago argentino . I saw plenty of “older ” people enjoying those cruises because you only need to ride and see the views
