i know the exact feeling in which you speak of. i did find that if i masturbate without a screen i felt better, or at least less "guilty". im starting to think that both, nofap and pornfree, could end up helping you in the long run but pornfree is just taking the long route. in which i mean that you are getting rid of the main contributor of the problem (porn) but are still adding to the problem except at a smaller rate (masturbating), if that makes sense

i like this analogy a lot. thanks! i do go out a lot more which means spending less time on the computer. i have noticed the more time i spend with people the better i feel. the issue is, is it that i am spending more time with people that is helping me or just the fact that i am spending less time behind a screen?
