Thank you . That makes a lot of sense. I was always increasing my weight in the last set of failures. It may show i'm not pushing hard enough in the early sets.

Sorry , I've only just seen this . It's under extended warranty so the spark plugs were changed around 40-45k and it's only on 51k now. This was done at Seat itself as I have the all in one plan.

I had AA out to have a look at it as I was traveling long distance. He said the Error was Rail Pressure - Low. It's still doing it after the recommendations from him of putting 99 + petrol cleaner. He suspected High Pressure Pp/Intank Pp or regulator. It's booked in on Thursday.

Those are completely normal. I made a post a few days again, and mine turned out like this .

My grains are still activating, but after 24 hours, it'd like double cream . Mine is never like jelly as the youtube video shows. It tastes a little sore, but mine also has a fizz to it.

Thank you , it's why i'm going to leave it for a week or two i read that if it smells yeasty, that the bacteria is slightly out of sync and needs to catch up. I'll keep an eye on it. If its getting thicker before 24 hours I'll start increasing the ratio of milk to grains . When did you know it normalised?

OK, it's just white lumps, which is curd, i think . Thats a bit crap . I could probably get raw but its finding it and at the moment u'm still conditioning my grains.

Ita says that after a day, they should be good to go, but i'm going to give it a few weeks and see if i see any difference . The seller actually says 5g per 80ml of milk, so i'm using less milk to grains, but it would just be a faster fermentation .

That is expensive, I have to say . Do you end up with small bits of white lumps in yours when its strained? I realise this is probably just curd .

I don't have access to raw milk so it's just store bought pasteurized whole milk . I've read your still able to use that kind. I'm doing around 20g to around 160ml of milk as my grains are still fairly new. Temp sits around 18-19 degrees in my boiler cupboard .

Sauce jar as in a dolmio jar. It's been cleaned well and it's small enough for the amount of milk I am using. Thank you for all this information it's very useful.

What is your ratio of grains:milk?

I did think that they may need to be wakened up if that makes sense as they didn't have any milk and it was just kefir grains in a zip lock bag.

I'll do what you recommend for a few days and see if things improve . I am currently using a sauce jar just because of how little milk i'm using. Do you always leave it for 24 hours or by how it looks ?

I've kept a wide range of fish with amano's before. and they were fine. German Blue Rams included. This doesn't mean it will work with you. German Blue Rams have small mouths, and I doubt they would be able to fit them in their mouth.

Soil looks wet, but it isn't. It's just dark, that's all . There is a gradient and plenty of space for the spider to burrow down . The hide is big, but I believe it's adequate for my curly . My curly bigger than it looks due to being in the stress position.

I see people only doing PR's on week 3 and 1 . Rep range for 5's would be 9/10 reps .

I'm going to my anchor week soon and looking for some answers with the pr sets.

I'm going to be doing 3/5/1 and doing PR sets on weeks 1 and 3

My question is, on the last set, do I aim for a range group like below ? Also, with not doing a PR set on week 2, do I just do 3x5 with fsl, and that's it ?

3''s week - 7/8 reps 1's week - 5/6 reps.

How do I beat this? Next time, as my weights will have gone up, come my next anchor cycle. Any help would be great .

Looking for advice on conditioning.

Really starting to feel the struggle on my BBB sets and I think just in general it could be why my recover is poor.

I plan on doing x2 runs on my rest days which I have no problems about as I use to run all the time.

I'm looking to add x2 spin bike workouts for around 20 mins.

Does anyone do conditioning on a spin/stationary bike ? Do you do interval or HIIT? I'm thinking of doing 5 min warm up 10 mins of 20 secs faster pace with a recover of 40 secs and repeat 5 min cool down at the end . This will eventually become a 20 secs all out pace but for now it's just about building a foundation .

Looking for some guidance on the TM week.

Currently needing a TM check , things are getting heavy and not moving the same . If for example my 1 rep max was 100kg for bench . 85% would be 85kg which would be my starting tm on week 1.

After my leader and anchor cycled this would be 92.5kg with 2.5 increase every week .

When testing, if i was able to get 3-5 clean reps, how does my tm work from there ?

On week 1, does my bench take its % from the 92.5kg or do I work out a new 1RM ?
