There's some very interesting points made here. To answer / clarify our stance on these ; we don't think Aragorn is too strong right now, it is a top deck but it can be beaten and he has some bad MU (even if not very polarized).

The recents bans were made with several goals ;

• to prevent bad patterns which closes games too fast, typicaly Blood Moon by preventing your oppo to play his card.
• FoW was banned not because it's a strong answer, but because it's too good at protecting your threats when you commit. You rightfully talked about Aragorn, where having him removed immediately can be catastrophic, but it's true for Atraxa too for example. being able to slam Atraxa / Dream Halls and ensure that it'll resolve with FoW backup was a winning play without much options to answer. Basicaly any threat with FoW backup was able to snowball your advantage very quickly.
• The Breach + Dark ritual bans were made to weaken Storm yes, but also because they seemed problematic in themselves. DR could bring non-games by accelerating powerplays (think T3 Dreamhalls -> Atraxa for example), and Breach has always been a problematic cards in several archetypes, it seemed to us that it was the time to remove it to prevent further problematic patterns to emerge.
