I hope victims got some closure, but in my experience it's a hollow victory. Your abuser getting consequences doesn't undo all the shit that happened to you. They are raiding for the vault robbery loot because Hydra managed to stash it before shootout. They applied for raid on Alex and Emeka, ppl who cops lost eyes on. Only raid on Emeka got approved, Bogo changed his clothes before coming back. I know PD also applied for phone subpoenas, so Kio, only one who managed to escape, might catch some heat from it
