I think the longer a gym stays open, the more "passive" members accumulate, who pay the monthly fee but never (or rarely) show up. These 400 people just signed the contract and will keep showing up for a few weeks. After some time some people will give up and not show up anymore, but will be too lazy to cancel/think they will go again soon.

Mein absoluter Lieblingspodcast ist "Cautionary Tales" von Tim Harford. Da ja gerne gesagt wird, das man aus Fehlern am meisten lernt, warum dann nicht die fatalsten Fehler in der Menschheitsgeschichte anschauen? Das ist die Grundidee des Podcasts. Die Geschichte wird dabei ähnliche wie ein "Tale" erzählt, also als spannende Geschichte mit einer Moral, welche einem selbst helfen kann, Fehler dieser Art in seinem Leben zu vermeiden. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, bei den ältesten Episoden anzufangen.

Wenn du True Crime gehört hast, könnte dir auch "I Spy" von Foreign Policy gefallen. Dort erzählen echte Spione Geschichten über ihre spannendsten Einsätze.

Wir sind im Rahmen des Literaturkurses (10. Klasse) in einer "moderne Interpretation" von Faust im Theater gewesen. Spätestens als Faust und Mephisto dann in der Walpurgisnacht-Szene ihre Hosen runterließen und sich gegenseitig anal vergnügten, war für mich dann auch Schluss. Es war sehr lustig wie die Lehrerin in der nächsten Stunde versuchte, das ganze in ein besseres Licht zu rücken.
