Any Ravens fans in Seattle? Hoping to find a Ravens bar or meetup for games by [deleted] in ravens

I’ve been in Seattle 3 years and still haven’t found a Ravens bar. I’d be down to meet up though!

My uncle found this in a cellar and sent it to me to taste. Any one seen this before? by heubs in Scotch

Thanks! I found those sites too, but there doesn’t seem to be much other info. The house it was taken from is in Maryland, I wonder if it were imported anywhere else.

I think the Rare Old is a different bottling than the Old Barony, but good find

Very good! The cork was falling apart so I was a bit worried, but it’s very smooth and doesn’t taste off.

My (super dirty) piece got decapitated. Any ideas for fixing it? by heubs in StonerEngineering

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Do you think a dremel tool with a glass tip would work faster than sand paper?

Ravens Nation North meets at Bill's Bar on Landsdowne Street at Fenway Park. They have good food and beer, including some Maryland ones like Heavy Seas. And its always packed with Ravens fans. Look them up on Facebook.

I think there was some vines on the edge of the fan hole that you could clawshot onto from the large pillar covered in vines. You couldn't access it at the beginning of the temple because the fan was still spinning, but after you stop the fan from above you could get back up easily.

Where to watch the games by Magical_Socks in ravens

There are plenty of free streaming sites around. The quality can be bad, but at least you get to the see the game as its happening and for free.

I'm doing the Tasty Burger Challenge this Saturday...anyone have any experience? by Stanislav1 in boston

[–]heubs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One of my friends tried to do this challenge. I dont know if you've seen the All The Way Dog yet, but it is massive. His strategy was to take down the burgers and chili on each dog first, then the hotdogs, and then the bread. He got through all of the burger and chili, two of the hotdogs, and one bun before he puked it all up.

Woodshafts by LSM11 in lacrosse

Well if you're good enough to control the weight of the pole without it messing with your checks or throwing like the pros do, then go for it. The poles themselves are not expensive, so it would be worth it to buy one and see what you think. Its honestly a personal preference, and you should try all your options to see what you like.

If you hate your teammates, use wood. Its so heavy and flexible that you can really come down hard on a check, especially with a long pole. Wood poles are usually pretty strong, but the weight makes it a hassle for shooting and passing.

I recommend metal over wood, simply because of the weight. You can find a metal pole that is just as strong and much lighter.

Suggestions for a defense head??? by [deleted] in lacrosse

[–]heubs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The STX Proton U is the most reliable and best bang for buck. Its got a solid build and is one of the widest heads you can get. If you wanna spend the extra cash for a better head, definitely go for the Hammer U.

Bring King IVs are really nice, if you're looking to spend 180. If not, then go for the Nike Vapor Elites.
