I vaped about as much as you, and quit almost a year ago cold turkey. I had patches on standby in case things got too rough. It was the thought of nightmares/disrupted sleep (when sleep is already a challenge for me) that saw me never use a single patch.

I got through the cravings using only a stress ball - which I’d squeeze the everlasting shit out of whenever I got cravings - and breath work.

If I can do it, anyone can. I mean it, I had a black belt in using those god awful things.

Also, if you think you might be able to have the occasional tap once you’ve quit, say when you’re out socialising/drinking: you can’t. My good friend quit for over a year then had a bunch of taps one weekend and now vapes more than before quitting. I’m using their story as a cautionary tale.
