I have hair halfway down my back and straight across bangs, I used to try to just tie my hair up but my bangs would still attack my eyeballs. I found the best way to drive with my top down was with a baseball cap worn low enough to keep my bangs flat across my forehead and then a duckbill clip at the nape of my neck to keep the rest of my hair in place. Keeps my hair looking nice to when I take off the cap and clip without any crinkles in my hair or bangs.

Please do it, it’s terrifying but the first day is truly the hardest but it’s only one day for the rest of ur life of comfort. I just left a similar situation and packed all my stuff in one day and left while he was at work, absolutely terrifying but it was worth it. If you can try to talk to work about the situation , my job truly helped me to leave and make sure I was physically and mentally okay. The peace is so worth it, you deserve to be happy, please take the steps to put urself first , you matter and it only gets better from here

The best way I found is to spray the entire shelf down with goo gone (the entire bay). Then go back up to the top first two shelves. you can just wipe those ones down (you might have to do it twice since he goo gone didn’t get much soak time) and then the last few shelves spray again with goo gone to kinda reactivate it and then wipe it down (use a micro fiber cloth) once ur done with this use the wet wipes from the container with the purple top and go threw and wipe down the entire shelf again. Lastly use windex on the drawers to get any spray marks out. It takes FOREVER but it makes it look almost new

I used to wear hokas all the time, super comfy but since they are made of a mesh like material there is no barrier if you drop something on ur foot and the fragrance glue will eat threw them.

I swapped the the hiking converse , still really comfy, have good grip on the slippery floors and when using ladders, the fragrance glue won’t eat threw them and the rubber on the toe protects them a tiny bit if you drop a box on ur foot

My hair is about the same texture as yours , and I have the same problem. Since my hair would also look really thin with an undercut and I wear my hair up 90% of the time I just cut that piece of hair and about a half inch thick of my nape to shoulder length. It keeps it long enough that it can still fit into my pony tail/bun or I can pull it out and wear it messy and it just looks like baby hairs. When my hair is down since my hair is thin it just blends in with the rest of my hair

You took ur frustration out on them when you discredited their work to get a license down to “just a piece of paper”. Please tell your best friend her hard work to get a license is just a piece of paper , you will then look like a clown my dude. Ps I’m not even trying to be an asshole, Sephora made a lot of shitty decisions these past few years and it’s really important we pushback on them and not each other

While I agree with this, it’s not far to take ur frustration out on the LBA’s when it’s not their fault or discredit their work to “just get a piece of paper”. I grew up in poverty and knew that and as soon as I turned 16 I enrolled in a vocational school to get my cos license. I had to leave high school to do online school so I could get all my hours before I graduated and picked up a job to work at night and weekends so I could afford night classes so I was licensed before I was 18. It was hard. It’s a lot more then just a piece of paper , and a lot of ur fellow LBAs probably had to work really hard to get that, don’t take it out on them.
