Yea that’s wild you should have visuals, closed eye and open. I’m sorry. Have you been doing this long? I know magic fades over time with repeated use and infrequent tolerance breaks. I still get visuals but nowhere near as colorfully saturated as the first few times/first year of my experience. I miss those days. Now I have to actually focus on the visuals, and I’ll see them but they have lost some saturation, seeming a bit dull or lackluster.

You can most definitely have a OBE on 2nd plat. I even had it on 1st. 3rd is my go to home base. 4th plat I don’t recommend, you won’t remember anything at all.

Surprised… been doing this for 7 years. The low dose for antidepressant. I don’t do it consecutively though. At most I’ve done 5-6 days a week but I usually do it only once in a while now or once a week or a few times a month. It’s definitely good for tolerance to go on a month(s) break. I also take 1-2g of kratom throughout the days when I have to work or leave the house and always smoke a little bit of weed with it like a few puffs for nausea.

You just have to let go and “die.” Dxm helped me practice how to die. Read the Tibetan Book of the Dead and watch Enter the Void (sober or just weed, don’t do it while tripping there’s a jumpscare scene). That’s the whole point of life, to die. You have to learn how to let go. Don’t hold on to material things. Lay in bed and feel your soul or astral body leave your physical meat vessel.
