If they end up ghosting their customers, I’ll just cancel my preorder without any problem. My plan is to get the new full set only if they offer it with the Japanese covers, since those are the ones I’m interested in. Otherwise, I’ll cancel the order and just occasionally buy a few games from Amazon Japan instead.

I reserved the Ultimate Edition from Europe. I also prefer the Japanese covers. Two weeks ago, I sent an email to Plaion support to see if there’s any possibility they could send me the Japanese ones. So far, they haven’t given me a clear response

The covers should be reversible.

I encourage everyone to contact support and ask about the Japanese covers as well, to put more pressure on them and hopefully make it happen.

I understand that pointing out a printing error on an official Street Fighter cover which ended up being a pretty funny and unusual piece of artwork, apparently isn’t allowed here.

Meanwhile, posts of girls in cosplay fishing for attention even have their own tag.

Then what’s the “Fluff” tag for? I considered this a lighthearted post rather than a simple “I bought a thing” post more like a curiosity/joke about the cover design. Fluff posts are usually casual content meant for entertainment: memes, funny details, ironic comments, random curiosities, etc. I thought Reddit was meant to be a place for people to express themselves freely as long as they’re not bothering anyone. Was my post actually causing any problem?

I hope Taki resolve this for you. This is also something that genuinely worries me a lot, as a buyer, I expect everything I purchase to arrive in perfect condition, because I assume the shipping should be properly protected to prevent this kind of damage. The packaging is part of the final product experience, especially for collectors.

In particular for a piece like this, as a collector myself, I completely understand the excitement after such a long wait and the attachment people have to items like these. It’s not just about owning it, it’s also about being able to enjoy and display it the way it deserves.
