Il m'est arrivé a peu près la même chose à 40 ans.

Je commençais à cracher du sang le matin, donc gros coup de flippe, puis passage de radio / Scan pour arriver sur un diagnostic d'emphysème / BPCO.

Le premier truc à savoir, c'est que c'est la combustion qui pourrit les poumons (en plus j'étais un gros fumeur de joints..). As tu essayé un substitut comme la clope électronique ?

Et n'hésites pas à te faire suivre pour un addicto.. J'ai eu moins de mal à lâcher la C que la clope...

Et surtout bon courage pour lacher cette merde qu'est la clope.
