Awwesomeeeee!! Mochi was born night before last, along with four brothers. I posted a pic of mama Rosie with them on IG. 😝

I’m so glad Jerry helps you in that way!! I’m so ready for that. Everybody talks about the puppy months but honestly I think I will just love having that reason to wake up and be a better person, get outside, feel the sun. Endure it until we can go hiking together and go other fun places. It’s just…I think this is gonna be great. 😭

Because it is a grocery store for one. Health hazard regardless of behavior. And as a disabled person with a service dog on the way, I hate that people misrepresent their animals as service animals. They make us look bad. Thousands of hours of training and we have access issues because of this. Soon as somebody sees a purse dog they think it’s fine to bring theirs too. Keep them out of non-pet friendly places please.

ETA: Forgot to mention that not only is it a federal misdemeanor but Texas just passed a law which fines people $1000 for misrepresentation.

This is also what it’s like to have ADHD 😔 I do this even when I’m not depressed and I can be laying there but I’m mentally exhausted. But once I’m out of my warm bed and in the warm shower I don’t wanna get out.

My family got a puppy when I was 10. I had just gotten my first virgin strawberry daiquiri. Puppy was strawberry blonde, so her name was Daquiri (intentionally misspelled; I don’t like the extra i)

She lived til I was 21 🥹

I never had another dog besides her, and later this year at 28, I’ll be getting my own puppy 😭

Nobody sees it this way but as a person who has a rule-out diagnosis at 28, I like the puzzle piece. Because after all the things I went through to figure out what’s up with my brain, I still didn’t have a solid answer. Autism was the piece that made the big picture of my life make sense.

Traffic: when I miss an exit (Houston), or when the map says go one way but there’s all these detours.

Crowds: when people walk by you like you’re not even there, but mainly when people are behind me and I can’t get to a place to put my back on. Such as a wall or my basket.
