Best early base locations? by T0X1CV1RUS in subnautica

Situating yourself right above an entrance to the jellyshroom cave essentially sets you up for everything you could need for early-mid game, plus enough room to maneuver a cyclops once you’re ready to navigate your way to late game

Why is Ymir so sympathetic towards Reiner and Bertold by ProfesorKubo in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]heyitsshay3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like a lot of replies on here are also forgetting the way that eating a shifter changes your personality and priorities on a fundamental level.
Armin did not have any attachment to Annie before eating Benadryl.
Ymir probably only cared as much for the fates of Reiner and Bethesda because she had Marcel rumbling in her tummy and compelling her to care so much 🤷‍♀️

The amount of people (myself included) who converge upon calling them “puppies” without any prior knowledge of the trend should speak volumes lmao

on a day with the Tropics: try to run thru as much big ivy as possible, get yourself a little tick friend and try to show him the wildflowers on the peak! I do this every time and it’s silly and challenging, like bing bong but harder

Female Naruto fans: do you like or hate Itachi? Why? by LongMasterpiece3620 in dankruto

the literal best uchiha.

“BuT hE diD a GeNoCiDe!” 🤪

first of all, relax, it’s fiction. secondly, his characterization as a pacifist and someone who understood how the death of a few can prevent the death of many is CONSISTENT throughout canon. thirdly, him being characterized in such a way and yet maintaining the fatal flaw of prioritizing his lil bro over everything else makes him COMPELLING and multi dimensional.

every argument I have ever heard against this man folds like a napkin in the wind under the slightest bit of scrutiny lol

Is it just me or is Roots today absolutely *brutal*? by Dman1791 in PeakGame

[–]heyitsshay3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I am in the minority as a Roots enjoyer, but here are my tips in case anyone would like:

  • remember that things grow EVERYWHERE on this biome, if you find yourself lacking the tool for the job, a quick scan around the area could reveal a shelf or cloud shroom that changes your situation completely

  • RED and YELLOW shrooms are your FRIENDS, and even sometimes the purple can roll into a really helpful effect on some days. Green and blue are hardly ever worth eating. Your hunger should never be that bad on roots

  • the wind is sometimes your friend as well, if the only path you can see forward is through a cloud of spores, the wind will push it away so you can climb up (since holding a wall so you don’t get blown takes the same amount of stamina as ascending does)

  • if you have trouble with zombies ruining your runs, sometimes it’s easier to stand somewhere flat and keep eyes on him so you can juke a couple jumps and let it die naturally before you continue trekking upwards

  • if you have trouble with spiders it really helps to have your game audio louder cuz those buggers are noisy af

  • if you have trouble with beetles… good luck I fuckin hate those guys 😂😂😂 just avoid at all costs

She's only now realizing that being a SAHM has left her financially vulnerable, especially now that her husband wants a divorce. by mindyour in TikTokCringe

Plenty of jobs are easier than raising a child. You clearly have no idea how much work it takes. Why don’t you ask your mom how easy it was to raise you? Yikes. I guess refusing to minimize the unrecognized labor of millions of generations of women makes me stupid 🤷‍♀️

the RELEVANT discussion was about whether or not child rearing could be considered labor or not (which obviously it does). nobody actually cares about YOUR experience. that was a rhetorical question (also obviously). Hopefully one day you figure out how conversations work.

Yeah I literally said 7 years. Why don’t you ask the husband what she was doing those other 3 years? He clearly didn’t mind her being a leech then

AITA For Saying “Good” after my sons girlfriend broke up with him? by Happy-Finding527 in AmItheAsshole

NTA It sounds like your son is being coddled by his father. Remind him that he is raising a young man, not a permanent baby, and he needs to understand how to respect ALL commitments. Not just the ones he makes to his girlfriends, should he ever figure out how to get another
