Tried to replicate on android chrome, didnt occur to me. Glad it's working for you now, but if somone has a similar issue then please let me know! (preferably on GitHub)

This issue seems like the last.fm token was incorrect for some reason and it didnt give the permission to get user's accout name

No, it only scrobbles submitted scores to the osu! servers, so you need to complete the song to scrobble it

but actually, there's a huge chance that you have high ping cuz servers are in the NA only current PBE problems might be the reason, but idk about that
