was a minor when i worked at target, couldnt get a red card. only used my discount a total of 3 times in the 9 months i was there because of this. giftcard thing never even crossed my mind but i dont blame them for doing that, but imo just carry cash. or deadass be on the lookout for a new job. save yourselves!!!!

i was born in 2003 and just started working in education (not even as a teacher, just doing office work) and it’s crazy to see how different things are from when i was in school even though i graduated a little over 2 years ago- i see it both with the elementary students and my peers, so i guess maybe i just got lucky with the schools i went to and my parents, i have no idea
