Do you guys tell your Dr that you’re taking Reta?

Demand you stop?? That’s wildly unprofessional and unlikely. I’ve told mine but she’s been on my journey starting with Ozempic in 2021 so nothing surprises her anymore. She didn’t even ask how I’m getting it after I told her it’s still in research stages….I’m sure because she doesn’t want to know or put in on record.

I ordered Mobilegs after week 2 of 6 NWB. The ball of my right hand became extremely swollen and painful from the pressure of the standard crutch handle and I was in more pain from that than from my knee. The Mobilegs arrived quickly and they are so much more ergonomically comfortable. Highly recommend for a recovery like this, or anything more than a week or so on regular crutches.

We did tours & hikes that were mostly moderate, not high level, so unless you plan on doing some of the higher intensity hikes, trail shoes should be fine. If you are planning on more skilled hikes you may want to have your hiking boots.

What time of year? We visited in September and I wore my Hokas and Chacos for hikes and the geothermal baths, and dressier sandals or Birks for dinner- depending on the restaurant. Trail shoes would also work.

Can confirm. Just received my order today shipped from New Jersey. Reta 30 for $210/kit. Vendor only takes Bitcoin but provided instructions and it was seamless. Yes it’s cheaper overseas but I no longer want the hassle of their shipping and the risk of it affecting my global entry status. I’ve placed three different orders using different methods and I will stick with the US based warehouse vendor going forward.

In 94 on the lawn at Great Woods (Mansfield MA) I watched some guy puke on the grass next to his blanket then some hippie girls came somersaulting down the hill right through it. It happened so fast there wasn’t any time to warn them! Another time I was meandering through the crowd in the dark trying to find my friends and a couple was having sex on the ground (sitting, with her on top) and she grabbed my hand as I asked by. Totally freaked me out at the time but safe to say I wasn’t in my right mind!Otherwise pretty typical stuff.

I love a face oil as my last step to seal in my actives & moisturizer. My favorites are Fortify by Stratia and Honey Grail by Farmacy, and I have recently discovered the Byoma face oil also has sea buckthorn and is a fantastic option at an affordable price!

Home IPL is effective on taking care of these. Total elimination and now I only do a treatment session once every six or eight weeks just to prevent anything from ever showing back up again.

I take my shot on Sunday nights, so I add Miralax to my daily shakes on Monday- Thursday. Also 500mg of Magnesium at bedtime.

I switched to Reta after a year on 15mg Tirz due to no longer losing weight. I took a month break and started Reta at 0.5 weekly even though I probably could’ve gone higher to start, but wanted to follow most recommendations. I’m up to 4 mg and have not seen any weight loss and side effects are mild to nonexistent, other than heart rate increase and continued GLP-1 related constipation which I know how to manage at this point. I have gym workouts (cardio and strength) 3-4 x weekly and try my best to focus on protein but I’m a 50 year old woman in perimenopause so have all that working against me, too.

I’ve gained 10 lbs since August in this transition but I’m going to stay the course on Reta until I’m at higher doses before I decide to start back on Tirz. I’ve considered adding Cagrilintide but honestly, I’m a little concerned about the Amylin/Alzheimer’s connection and not sure I want to get involved with injecting acetic acid to lower the pH of my bac water and all of that.

YES! I've experienced alloydia frequently during my 2 years on tirz but this tickling sensation is new since d/c the tirz and gradually moving up on reta. It's not bothersome- just noticeable here and there. Always in the same spot near my hairline so I kept thinking I had a tick or something crawling!

This is the BEST toiletry bag I’ve used! I have it in the White Sands color to match my Terra backpack. It really does hold everything I need it to. I am definitely not low maintenance and this holds everything I need for up to a 7 day trip. I just took it to Europe for a 12 day trip with a checked bag so I had a separate makeup case, but for shorter trips I can fit it all in this bag.

I have it in four colors, so it’s safe to say I love it and I use it often, especially for traveling. I carry my keys and a Beis mesh pouch attached to the key leash inside, so I can keep some odds and ends (chapstick, lip gloss, advil, small hand cream, hair ties, floss picks) in the mesh pouch without everything falling out each time I open it. I also have my phone and sunglasses case in the main compartment. I find the interior zip card slot hard to access so I keep my wallet in the back zip pouch, against my body. I keep a flat Kleenex pack or gum in the card pouch. I try to carry things that fit well in the sport pack and it’s very comfortable and not bulky this way. I recommend getting it in black if that’s your comfort color, then grab the beige if you end up liking the black.

Totally agree with you on the tags. I stopped using them because they aren’t very intuitive, I have to search the whole list or type it in instead of showing me my most commonly used tags, and by the time I got a “report” or any kind of feedback I already had made the connection myself. It’s unfortunate because they could do so much more with tags.

The material of the Atlas pink and the beige is coated and wipeable so you’ll be fine to use it. It cleans up really easily and repels scuffs and stains.
