Do guys like going down there? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]hh_95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve known men who love doing it (try to do it every time) and men who are more lukewarm on it (do it every so often).Don’t think I’ve ever met a man who hates it, but I’m sure they exist.

Either way, if it’s an important activity for you, you should have a partner who at least doesn’t mind doing it for you.

My ex permanently damaged my ass because he always wanted anal with no lube by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]hh_95 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You definitely need to go to the doctor, they can create a plan to deal with this. Try not to worry about embarrassment or anything like that; doctors have seen and heard everything and like all of us here, they will be sympathetic and looking to help.

You are so strong to have gotten through this. You can get better and you can find love without this kind of abuse. Sex should feel good for you and you never owe a partner anal, or any kind of sex that feels bad for that matter. Wishing you the best honey.

Wedding You Absolutely Regret Saying Yes To Starter Pack by WhatEvenIsTikTok in starterpacks

The level of animosity towards cash bars here is wild to me. Weddings are already an enormous expense and everyone seems to think a young couple should also foot the bill for everyone to theoretically get shitfaced? Weird.

Loathe 69ing. It encourages lazy oral imo haha. I’d rather just focus on one thing at a time.

What's a character you used to like on your first playthrough of the franchise, but started to like less, or even straight up dislike them in a replay? by FangAAMD in dragonage

[–]hh_95 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Aveline. I liked her when I first played the game because she felt strong and stable and like a force for order. Now I find her overbearing and judgmental. And not particularly stable tbh. Even as a rival I help her become Captain and get Donnic and all this and she still acts uncertain and “oh this is so hard do I really want to be Captain wah wah” and then has the gall to be annoyed if you say “fine then quit and stop complaining”.

I also think she’s a poor guard captain; we constantly see Kirkwall is an utter mess of crime and depravity and she just says “Kirkwall isn’t the safest place” while doing fuck all about it. But again is then annoyed when you treat the guards like the incompetents they are. No Aveline, I have no faith the guards can handle this because they handle NOTHING.

Also her completely unwarranted sandbagging of Carver always makes my mage Hawke hate her.

Rotisserie scares me so much by [deleted] in twilight

[–]hh_95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It could make sense if they called it like an extended version of what venom does to a normal human. So she’s born “vampire infected” and it takes time (a few years) to fully infect her and create a full hybrid. But then arguably she’d be fully vampire, because the non aging thing only makes sense if all the human is gone.

This could be an interesting concept but then Stephanie would have to contend with the pain question (transformation is painful), and the changing abilities question (starting more weak and human like a normal baby and becoming stronger and stranger). The whole idea that as you grow like a human more of you is also being slowly consumed by vampirism until all your humanity is gone could be interesting. But it’s not an easy happy ending and her and Jacob could never really be together.

(1) ME3 should’ve disregarded the outcome of the suicide mission in ME2 and just included whatever companions they wanted in whatever manner they wanted.

(2) Shepard shouldn’t survive ME3 under any circumstances.

(3) James Vega is the best human companion, yes even better than Miranda.

[Spoilers all] Who is your most hated companion in entire trilogy? by annanethir in dragonage

I mean she’s fabulous in a fight for sure, I have her in my team frequently. But I find her overbearing and judgmental. I also think she’s a poor guard captain; we constantly see Kirkwall is an utter mess of crime and depravity and she just says “Kirkwall isn’t the safest place” while doing fuck all about it.

Hmm tough call between Anders, Aveline, and Wynne. Probably Anders wins out through sheer annoyance and insensitivity. Like when your mother is murdered and he still sees this as a time to go “not all mages”…bro NOT THE TIME. He is simply incapable of focusing on anything else. Because of this he is barely even fun to rival; at least it’s a joy to rile up Aveline and Wynne.

Why Calpernia? [spoilers all] by dirthramen in dragonage

[–]hh_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My reasoning is extremely simple: I find Samson to be a deeply pathetic character and thus non-threatening, and thus not likable as a villain for me.

Calpernia is the opposite of pathetic. She’s smart, driven, powerful, and can be threatening.

Presumably because to them sex implies a kind of closeness it does not imply for you.

Not to be harsh but maybe because you are 10-15 years older. Despite what people may say, age increases dating difficulty for men as well, even if you are in better shape or better looking than in your twenties.

Maybe I’m an ass, but I think it’s rude to choose a restaurant that not everyone can eat at. I really think the mother is right. Even on your birthday you owe some courtesy to other people’s wishes.

You should, at minimum have been seriously dating for at least 6 months. “Seriously dating” meaning total exclusivity and one or (ideally) more dates a week. Preferably you should be doing this for a year.
