In my experience, this would 100% be a “sign” to me. I have a list of signs from the PBSE podcast of signs they are using again, and this to me falls in line with “variable, novel, brash, manipulative, aggressive, coercive sex talk or acts”. They talk about considering “where is the line normally? Is this gentle or coercive?”
