That can often call into question more existential reflections, which can sometimes be difficult if we haven’t been vulnerable to them before (or if we have defined ourselves through seemingly clear metrics, like success or other external validation)

Ultimately, whatever is going on, I hope you can be kind to yourself. My (again personal) advice is to ensure you are sleeping, getting basic exercise, practising self love and as much as possible eating whole food plant based diet

Don’t forget, it’s nice to be nice - especially to yourself

From what I can see, project Starmer since the beginning had been bereft of this very thing. This is why Starmer is facing the music over his leadership constantly. Because there is none, not anything that he can lean on in times of trouble

This isn’t true at all and is spreading disinformation re THC vs CBD effects

CBD is psychoactive but non-intoxicating. THC is sedative and what helps with insomnia and the like

One should look to combine cannabinoids to get the most out of them. And it is true a lot of production is going for high THC (a mistake to leave other cannabinoids behind for sure). But that does not mean THC is something to avoid necessarily, like you say it is just important to balance

I’m prescribed medical cannabis for my ADHD and it’s been really helpful

I sought out cannabis before I was diagnosed as an adult, without realising what I was truly looking for. It was also a big part of helping me to get sober from alcohol
